NEW UPDATE: Fannie Mae bought our house on 6/3/2010 for $100. LOL, right?! Well, we're now dealing with the property manager FROM HELL, and been given this choice: either move out by the 22nd, and get $1000, or keep renting the house for $650/mth., w/o them doing ANY up keep!!! The a/c/heater doesn't work, the roof leaks, and none of the windows work, and the floors are tore up. My husband wants to take the money and run, and I'm scared that we may wind up in a worse situation, cause we still won't have cars or jobs, and we may wind up somewhere with NO HELP. LOL, any suggestions??? UPDATE: Jonathan moved back in with us 03/15/2010. We now have a power of attorney paper signed by him, and I'm staying with my mom, 2 counties away, trying to find employment out here. I just wanted to rewrite my story to update as of 02/09/2009: My husband and I have been married a little over 2 years. My husband's mother died 12/28/1995...the children then went to live with their maternal grandmother,who died 06/08/2009. One of my husband's younger brothers, Jonathan, and his baby sister, Angel were living with us. We let them both move in with my husband's aunt, due to the fact that we were tired of them stealing from everyone, including us, and that Jonathan punched me in the face. So, now it's just us, and our 7 dogs, 1 cat, and 2 ferrets. We're trying to give some of the dogs away, but no luck. We're in the process of a foreclosure, due to my landlord's refusal to pay his $600 mortgage, when we were paying him $850 in rent. The power bill is due,and I have no money. My husband just road a bike 42 MILES to a job interview and back, just so that MAYBE we would get lucky and he would get a job, even though it's only flipping burgers. When the manager doing the interview seen my husband was on the bike, he ended the interview after just 2 questions!! I now have my CNA license, but can't get anywork because a) there aren't any jobs in Citrus County, and b) you need transportation to due Home Health. I want to help people and be able to take care of everyone, including my father who has now had 2 major heart attacks, and a triple-bypass, but I can't get a job without a car,can't get a car without money, and can't get money without a job, and it continues in an endless cycle!! I just need something that can get me from A to B and back. Thank you for taking the time to read this!!
