As many might remember the “Draft”, I am the Last Draftee Marine of our United States Marine Corp as I was Drafted in March of 1969 during the Viet Nam War. The Selective Service System Draft Law at that time was to serve 2 years of active duty and 4 years of reserve duty for a total of 6 years. I was wounded by “Friendly Fire” and was separated from active duty 22 months and 5 Days into my service. Although I was badly wounded, I managed to survive despite my critical wounds. I need a vehicle as soon as possible as the Great "Florida Freeze" of 2010 has brought me a cracked block to the motor of my old car. Right now I pick up Worn Out American Flags for an Environmental Safe Honorable Disposal as they are not supposed to be put in the trash. In addition to doing work for America's Disabled Veterans, I also am a local American Red Cross Disaster Volunteer as well as a minister, where I have to immediately get to Last Rights and Communions for Sick people. duties for the American Red Cross include house fires,floods,hurricanes,wildfires,and other possible emergency disasters right away in order to help the disaster victims with their emergency needs like food,shelter, and Spiritual Guidance. I need a reliable vehicle to get around as we must always be prepared for yours and others possible emergency. I have no money to set aside to fix or replace my automobile.
