I first heard about FCC on www.wishuponahero.com. The reason why I have applied for auto assistance/ a free charity car is because I have come across some really hard times. My story is no different than many other American's stories right now so I am not going to try to stand out, or exaggerate my circumstances. If I am meant to receive or gain anything through this experience I will by the Lord's doing, not my own. To tell you a little about myself I am 22 years old. I have been a nanny on and off for the past three years. In between families I have worked as hospice nurse for a local organization and also I have gained my pharmacy technician licensing. About two months ago ( estimated ) I moved out of my father's home due to an emotionally abusive situation. Some say that I should have chosen to stay, but I would rather struggle than to face that embarrassment everyday. Since then I have moved in with my mother. She is struggling to support everyone right now and I feel like I am putting more stress on her. She swears otherwise, but there is no reason she should have to provide for her 22 year old daughter. I would like to receive a vehicle, or assistance to obtain a vehicle so that I can better myself and get a sufficient job. I would like to move out into my own place, and find a steady and stable career. Without a vehicle I am having a really tough time doing so. I have walked to every location in walking distance looking for a job and I am having no luck. If someone could help me it would be so greatly appreciated. Thanks to all who vote for me !!
