single disabled mother of 2 a biological daughter age 8.One daughter who is actually my great neice she is 10.My mother was raising my neice intil she (my mother) passed until 2005 and I took over custody. I was born with cerebal palsey in 1970 was l pound 14 oz. My mom was only 51/2 months preg.when she had me I was born early due to domestic violence. anyway back to present day,my neice has emotional issues due to her mothers drug use durng pregnancy..and so I have had a lot of issues with her ,She has ocd seperation anxiety disorder, possible bipolar ect ! She was under the care of counslers but the car I had had given out a few yrs ago and I reallllly need a car to get her back into the help she needs along with getting us to the grocery store ect ...picking the girls up from school when it rains not to mention getting myself back and forth to the dr when need be!! If you could help it would be GREATLY appriciated
