UPDATE...03/26/2010 I will not be getting my van.Have not told my kids yet,the person who was going to donate the van decided to sell it and i don't know when or if i will get a car.I can't even tell you how i feel right now been really sad and confused. God Bless you all. I am a single mother of three children,16,6,and 4. I am a victim of domestic violence,and lost my last car as a result of this,it was vandalized. I have since relocated to another county and struggling to make ends meet,my 16 year old helps me as much as he can but has school he is catching up on.He walks or takes the bus,i am currently awaiting employment and have missed 2 job interviews do to the 10 miles and lack of money due to bills for the bus.A car would help this family so much,and make it easier to be a single mother of three children,getting them to school and doctor appointments has been so difficult,begging for rides and taking the bus makes it very hard at times.And having a six year old who suffers from asthma can be scary at times,so please help this family and vote for us, a car is all this family needs.And god bless all family's, struggling and single parents.
