Here is why I need help...94 Jeep Cherokee, needs steering column. Has no heat, turn signals, wipers and my husband had to connect a switch to be able to start it everyday. We only use it when we need to. 95 Chevy Blazer-- This truck is far from dependable. We have broke down more than 20 times with it in the middle of no where, have it towed, spend money we didnt have and it worked the next day. We currently have no heat in the truck and the check engine light is on and no one can figure out why it stops working all the time. This is the truck I use to drive my kids places. I am scared to drive it anymore as I dont know when it will stop working on me again. It did it last year and my daughters and myself almost got killed because the truck stopped all functions in the middle of rush hour traffic. I would like to have a vehicle I can depend on to drive my daughters around and not be afraid it will blow up or stop working or whatever the case may be. I started college only to have to stop going because of almost getting killed on the way home with my daughters in the truck with me when it decided to stop working. I work at home but can only work when I am not tending to my kids. I love it, but it is very stressful and I need to have a job outside of the home in order for my family to make it. But, in order to have a good job, I need a good vehicle. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help us out. I dont want to fear that something will happen everytime I get in my vehicle. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! For my kids...thank you. Thank you! Im not really good at asking for help, but I will do what I dont normally do...only for my daughters. They deserve the best and a mom whos scared to drive because of so many malfunctions with these old trucks is not good. We have been sinking money into these vehicles and running short on money for everything else. I wish so much that we had a dependable, newer than 16 years old vehicle so that we dont have to do that anymore and we can actually save and get ahead instead of farther and farther behind.
